RETURNS

Our refund policy lasts until 14 days after you placed an order with us online. Please use the form attached to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase at any time. If you bought your watch through our online store, it's enough to have your order number.
To return your order, please fill in the return form that was included with your order. In case you do not have a return form, please contact us. Do not send us the watch back without this form, since we can't process it. Fill in the form and send it to the address below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In case you haven't received a refund yet, then please check your bank account again. In case the refund is not on your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or special deals cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, then please contact us through our online contact form and we will contact you as soon as possible.

To return your product, follow the instruction on your warranty certificate. The warrenty certificate includes a description of how and where to return your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item with high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Couriers can't always guarantee that we will receive your returned item so we advise to insure your shipment.
